The fine print

Terms & risks

Short version: it's a game, it's custodial, nothing is guaranteed, and you play at your own risk.

01. What this is

McRibs is a parody, pixel-art idle game on Solana. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by McDonald’s Corporation or any of its franchisees. “MCDx” refers to a third-party tokenized stock product; McRibs is not its issuer.

02. Eligibility

You are responsible for making sure that playing McRibs and holding GAME or MCDx is legal where you live. Tokenized stocks (xStocks) are not offered to persons in certain jurisdictions, including the United States. Do not play if that applies to you.

03. Custody

Deposits are held in a single pool wallet operated by the game. Your unspent GAME balance and your accrued MCDx are tracked in an internal ledger and can be withdrawn or claimed to the wallet you signed in with. Withdrawals may be delayed or paused for safety checks, chain congestion or issuer actions.

04. Spending

GAME spent on in-game actions (opening, hiring, levelling, promoting, renovating) is final and non-refundable. A share of every spend is burned onchain, a share goes to the treasury and a share may go to a referrer.

05. No promise of returns

Rewards come from a finite pool that is topped up at the operator’s discretion. Nothing in the game is an investment, a yield product or a promise of profit. Rewards may decline or stop entirely. USD values shown are estimates for display only.

06. Third parties

Solana, your wallet provider, RPC providers and the MCDx issuer are outside our control. The issuer can pause, freeze or move MCDx under its own terms.

07. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for losses arising from use of the game, including losses from bugs, exploits, key compromise or market movements.

08. Changes

Game parameters (costs, ranks, splits, release rate) may change; the live values are always shown on the How it works page. These terms may be updated; continuing to play means you accept the current version.
